It’s spaghetti squash season! I roasted this while Kyle was out of town so I had two noodle-y dinners all to myself. Ok, not ALL to myself, the kids wanted in, too. But I supplemented their portions with whole wheat spaghetti. I was inspired by this recipe for creamy tahini spaghetti squash by a new to me site, the roasted root.
