I never thought I’d see the day, but it has arrived! My kids told me they are sick of oatmeal! [It makes sense given the frequency that they eat it]
So after a week+ hiatus, filled with pancakes, waffles, eggs and banana bread, I finally came up with another option!

Breakfast cake!
Shhhh…don’t tell them it’s just baked oatmeal (with vanilla yogurt on top as “frosting”).

I made a peaches ‘n cream flavored dish, with whole milk, honey, cinnamon and sliced peaches on top.

It baked up beautifully and then when it was time to serve it I added a dollop of vanilla greek yogurt on top (and then gave P a little extra as his dairy dose).

Cake for breakfast, yes please!

Yum! Recipe?
I second that! Would love the recipe.
