Oops, I made it again…
I hope you sang that a la Britney.
This cornbread stuffing was such a huge hit the first time, I had to make it again. SO GOOD.
And while we are on the subject of repeats…here are a few things that have graced the blog plenty of times before, that I’ve enjoyed yet again recently.
First, buttery english muffins. I’m committed enough to call this my fall/winter breakfast of choice.
Also, the farro and kale salad.
Meredith cheese was on sale last week so you KNOW I stocked up. It’s still an insane $10 per jar, but that’s better than $13 right??? I don’t even want to remember life before I knew this marinated sheep cheese existed. Dramatic much?
These were leftover from a place called kebab burger, which I don’t think I ever showed initially. My parents treated us all for my sister’s birthday and we enjoyed an outdoor picnic together. It was a gorgeous day and was so nice to hang out.
We had random parts of different dishes leftover – a few falafel, some chicken shawarma, fries and rice, so I enhanced it with a salad (broccoli slaw, cauliflower, mixed greens, pistachios and tahini dressing), and some hummus…voila!
And here we have the same Brussels saute I shared a few posts back…only this time I used parmesan because I ran out of unexpected cheddar.
I finished off the bag of guara almonds and I’m so sad to say I probably won’t get them back anytime soon because I don’t foresee a TJs trip in my near future. 🙁
The fact of the matter is, due to the post-Thanksgiving spike in covid, I’m likely going to return to my spring grocery shopping routine (ordering from WF/amazon and imperfect/farmfreshtoyou fairly exclusively).
I SWEAR ONE DAY I WILL GET A GOOD PHOTO OF THIS ENCHILADA CASSEROLE.
Can I get an AMEN for holiday flavors?!?
