I made a massive batch of this vegan white bean korma for my sissie and then made another batch right after for us. Bowling, Brunching, Presents and Pie

Our family tradition for the 24th has been to go out to brunch, but since the day fell on a Monday, many options were closed. We had persimmon walnut bread for breakfast (I sliced it from the other end and the texture was perfect since it was properly cooled and not still steaming hot!), and instead ended up going out to lunch at Punch Bowl Social, a place we’ve been eyeing for a while. I feel like I could do an entire post on Elise’s Christmas chocolate…because Santa knows me well… Which is basically the best sentence I could ever write. I just love chocolate. Allow me to introduce your new favorite cozy Winter dish…creamy lemon chicken with rice and green beans.
