Let’s get our food on – day 1

This weekend was the 2nd Annual Foodbuzz Festival in San Francisco and since I’m now living on the West Coast again, I was determined to attend.  After a fairly miserable (and thus undocumented) trip from LA to SF, I finally made it to the Bay Area.  Being a super nerdy multi-tasking couple, Kyle and I decided to combine the Foodbuzz weekend with a networking trip for him so we took an alternate route up the state.  It involved more cows and fewer people people with all their teeth…and that’s all I’ll say about that. All the buzz

It’s weird how you can meet people after reading about their lives on a semi-daily basis, and feel like you’re long lost friends… That’s the thing about this blogging community. Food is what we all have in common… But long after our yummy bites have digested, our friendships are what remain. Flashback Friday: Hawaiian honeymoon day 3

Worker bee

I’ve been busy busy busy working this week…and even though I haven’t exercised for even half a second (blah), it’s all worth it because I get to spend the weekend with some fantastic friends. Vegan waffle taste testing

Last weekend, Kyle and I were invited to brunch. However.  This was no ordinary Sunday brunch.  This was a gathering in the name of brand management (which for me, just meant vegan taste testing).
