I drink soy. I used to drink almond milk but I like the extra protein in soy (and the new almond milk with 5g of protein is like $5).
I only drink almond milk. Dairy screws up my gut (and conscience).
Love the post!
I’m with you on drinking almond milk – my beverage of choice.
I can’t have soy milk, so Almond milk it is all the time, my friend! And while I usually don’t like coconut-flavored things because I think they taste like suntan lotion, I recently had the Blue Diamond coconut/almond milk combination thing they recently came out with (I had a coupon.) Not bad. It won’t replace my Silk almond milk, but it was a nice change.
yeah I switched to almond milk when I started eating healthier! gotta love sugar free milk products!
living in wisconsin, the other state with “happy” cows, i used to always see those commercials and ads for california dairy.
lies!! all lies!!!
cows are not happy when they live out their shortened lives confined in a teeny tiny stalls, never able to move around or see daylight, or even their babies!
almond milk is def my milk of choice! hemp milk is pretty tasty too 🙂
My daughter tried Almond Breeze’s almond coconut milk on her cereal after getting home from work for the first time this morning! She LOVED it!
nice to hear that get a good review…ive been hesitant to try it because i LOOOOVE almond breeze’s unsweetened vanilla almond milk so much, but now ill try the coconut blend too.
I laughed out loud when I read this!!!
