earth balance is such a good call. im averaging a tub a week right now (maybe not that much but im def in a big butter phase). i have no clue why its so awesome, but it is. and i was never really that into butter growing up either…
i need to get ezekiel english muffins soon. i forgot how awesome they are.
sprinkles!!! hahaha. i love it.
ginger at number 1 – i like it! although i feel like your nut butter category is cheating 🙂
Oddly enough, I’ve never had the Ezekiel english muffins. Too expensive for the amount you get, but I love the bread. As for Earth Balance, I need to soy-free kind, but yes…I kind of love it. They sometimes have coupons on their website, too. Bonus!
My friend who is a professional cook always adds flavor 3ways of the same thing, so for the mushroom broth i made before i chopped amd roasted (forever until realllllyyy dark) reg button mushrooms, rehydrated some fancy mixed wild dry mushrooms with hotwater. In meantime sautee some mixed shrooms, then add all of everything to pot of simming water, careful of grit from dried shrooms broth, and a bit of soy sauce, then blend up with handblender until everything is pulverized. Simmer for less than an hour and strain- keep solids for veg burgers and wwhat is left is supershroom broth!
wow. that sounds SOOO awesome!!! where is this friend cooking>???
