Whenever I find a slew of tupperwared ingredients in the fridge, my mind immediately goes into overdrive, brainstorming ways to get rid of them. Beans, squash, rice, bell peppers…sounds like the base of a beautiful veggie burger to me! Counting at The Counter

Home-made veggie burgers are a tricky thing…  Will they hold together?  Will they be hearty enough?  Will the texture be appetizing?  Will they taste good?
