What I Ate
I made a big batch of coconut milk chia pudding that will last a few days for breakfast when combined with nut butter and fresh fruit. It’s almost time to pick our nectarines! They aren’t quite ready but the birds are starting to want to get at them. Lay off my fruit!! Next time you see this bowl it will have stone fruit in it. Or berries.
