Cheers to 40 years! My parents have been exemplary role models for marriage so it makes perfect sense that my siblings and I would throw them a party to celebrate.  The number of people who RSVP-ed yes blew us away!  Traveling from near and far to show their love and support for our awesome parents.  🙂 My G-ma had a fun time seeing the kids.  It’s been almost 6 months. I have SO much to catch up on! Originally, I was going to make this Thai roast chicken to add to these leftovers.  But then I ended up giving Kyle some of the noodles in his lunch so there weren’t enough left to feed the fam.  Oops!  It’s all good though, because now I have a small serving’s worth that I may just save for myself! Here’s how mornings this week are going. V wakes up before 6 but stays in her room until her clock turns green at 6:20 to come wake me up.  She doesn’t jump on me or anything, but somehow the fact that it’s so early feels on par with the physical assault of a cannon ball to the face.
