When you have pears about to turn into mush…you let them turn into mush in some steel cut oats. With cardamom and vanilla and coconut milk. It was a pretty dreamy breakfast. Lunch was Thai themed with the last bit of my Nugget sesame dressing, leftover roasted root veggies, kale and leaf lettuce, salty almonds, avo and cilantro.
