You guys probably know my basic hippie bowl formula by now: grain + veggie/green + protein My classic is a quinoa, carrot & seitan bowl, but I also love brown rice, squash & tofu…couscous, spinach & “sausage”…millet, tempeh & kale…the list goes on and on.
