Vegetables in pasta and juice
This week’s favorites included lunches like this and juices like that. All I wanted was vegetables. As many as I could fit into each meal. I made a huge vat of pasta with veggies, hemp seeds, and balsamic dressing which lasted a few days. I added avo and greens to my serving a few days to make it seem new but really it was so good I could have eaten it far more days than it lasted.
