Today’s balanced lunch
P is still sleep, so I’m posting an actual up to date meal. This was lunch today (spinach tossed in a [dayam good] homemade balsamic vinaigrette, with [and entire] avocado, dried cranz, and [still warm] roasted butternut squash). And since I felt so healthy I thought I should follow my green bowl of yum up with dessert. Two desserts, actually. Which I made even more dessert-y by adding sun butter on top.
