Salads of July
I usually don’t photograph my lunch scene…but I decided that it would hold me accountable as I try to stay on track and keep my sweet tooth in check. It’s all about staying ahead of the game. Preparation is KEY to healthy snacking success. Kale, broccoli slaw, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, avocado, (home-made) spicy mayo dressing. Plus home-made crackers.
