The weekly menu
On Saturday we had our classic summer salad. Cantaloupe, butter lettuce, avocado, and Brianna’s poppyseed dressing. Kyle had grilled chicken the night before, so I planned for him to cook an extra breast. Once we were done eating, I shredded it so it would be ready for the next day (Saturday). I’m glad I did all that in advance too, because I was with my mom and sisters for the day (wedding dress shopping!!) so I didn’t get back to Davis until dinnertime.
