What I Ate
Breakfast Lunch I tried to eat fewer macadamia nuts by putting fewer on my salad (knowing I’d go back for more after finishing the salad like I always do), but in the end I think I just ate the same because I then felt license to eat double the amount afterwards since I had “less” on my salad initially.
