I’m turning into an açaí bowl

And I’m totally okay with it. I thought I’d find time to pop onto hhh earlier but I have been enjoying the down time. I don’t have my computer, which is rad, but the kids have been taking extra long naps (P included!) and ever since I finished Little Fires Everywhere, I’ve been itching to write. Turns out blogging on an iPhone isn’t as easy as I thought it would be (not that I’ve ever tried but my site is pretty low tech). Anyway. Leftovers from last year’s garden

On account of all the cake I’ve been eating, I decided to kick my butt into high gear and went to stroller strides on Monday AND Tuesday. Cake, cake, cake

Where to start!?  I feel like I can’t possibly catch up because our weekend was so full, but I will try.  It’s worth it. Family is the best.  Ok so let me start off with Saturday. Early to rise, early to bed

Why must mornings start so earlyyyyyyy??? Kyle was gone so V hopped in his spot as soon as she woke up and “read” while I mustered up the energy to be a parent. I had made pancake batter the night before so they were fed in no time and yet it was still well before 8 o’clock.  OOF. I made a little craft/game with our Easter eggs and the kids loved it.  So much so that they started improvising and making up their own different activities. Later on I made my grand return to stroller… Read more >

3 for V

I have a THREE year old! Valley woke up bright and early and we all got in bed together and snuggled and sang to her before she opened her presents.  Pacman picked out his gift for her on his own and it was THE most perfect thing for her.  He really was super thoughtful about it and her reaction to her new pink unicorn rainbow cup and plate was so precious.  For some reason she is obsessed with cups and always wants new (or different ones).  Much to her dismay, they use the same sippy… Read more >
