This weekend was full of relaxing at home. Thank goodness! Last weekend I came down with mastitis and was way too ambitious for my own good. We went to a football game with a couple and their 6 month old on Saturday. And then traveled to the East Bay for a baby shower on Sunday. Kinda unintentionally took a little break from the blog. I wasn’t overly busy, still doing the same work/parent thing, but I just didn’t feel like writing an (uninspired) post about nothingness so I left the computer off. And that’s that. I am bad about taking pics of my daily eats (like I used to) but I get requests for them more than the “real” recipes…so here are bunch of the quickie things I throw together on the regular. Last weekend’s (eek, super delayed post, this is from 2 weekends ago!!) al fresco was indoors because IT. IS. SO. HOT.
