My groothie was the perfect energy boost I needed so I could walk the long way home from center city. But it didn’t stop me from enjoying a pre-dinner dessert snack. Are you ready for the easiest meal ever? frozen stir-fry veggies + 1/4 cup water extra firm tofu 2 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp coconut oil Asian spice mix/Chinese five spices blend (I used 365 Asian seasoning) Add the stir-fry veggies, the water, and the spices until the veggies have thawed. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Serve over rice. Bam! – you’re in Bangkok – and dinner is done.
