Such a productive day! First and foremost, I set up a job interview (hooray!), so…yeah. There’s that. But in addition to my latest career progress, I tackled more things on my to-do list and ate some amazing meals. The night before bed I threw together a tupperware full of overnight oats. I know I’ve mentioned it before, but I do like my oats raw. When I was young I ate Quaker’s packets with milk like cold cereal. Last month I fell in love with kelp noodles and I swore that day that I would soon recreate the dish that sparked this love. Remember this gorgeous meal? The other weekend I soaked up my last moments of bride-to-be glory. My oldest and dearest friends gathered in my hometown to celebrate my upcoming nuptials. It’s about the wine. That’s the Catalan translation of this restaurant’s name, and indeed it was.
