Let’s not drag this out. All my work eats today were leftovers and there’s nothing interesting about that. Salad with oranges, granny apples, dried cranz I must be the only freak on the planet that likes soggy leftover salad, but I do! I simply added in a fistful of fresh spinach before adding in the leftovers to keep the greens from turning into a saturated mess. Yup, it’s back to le grind. 12 hour shifts require lots of tupperwared options…and as you all know by now, I’m quite the preppy prep-ster over the weekends. Glad my type-A ways inspired some of you to do the damn thang, too. I’ve been busy busy busy working this week…and even though I haven’t exercised for even half a second (blah), it’s all worth it because I get to spend the weekend with some fantastic friends.
