Last month I fell in love with kelp noodles and I swore that day that I would soon recreate the dish that sparked this love. Remember this gorgeous meal? Our last day in New York! Monday was bittersweet, I suppose. Although, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t more eager to get back to CA. What a day. Full of a bizarre mix of emotions. I’m not sure I can totally put it into words, so for now I’ll just stick to the photos. Well, what do we have here?
