My lovely middle sis, Laura, is the only member of the Hippie fam that couldn’t make it to Hawaii (miss you Laur!)…so she’s steppin’ up to the plate with the food blog. Monday holiday! Hooray! It took this many cups of coffee to get me moving this morning… Ok, I realize this looks a bit like a scene from Intervention (before the person has recognized they have a problem). BUT, in my defense, it was for both me and Kyle, and I often make extra (for PM iced coffees), so don’t judge. I frothed it up of course! I guess the cold weather is back? At least the weekend was nice, but talk about short lived. Good morning blog-loves! I’m in an especially great mood this morning because I (again) was called late last night by my work to get the day off. I still get paid, but because they were overstaffed, I don’t have to go in. I don’t know if this is something to be worried about, though, since 2 other NY hospitals recently went under, and we really haven’t had too many cases lately.
