Like a carry-out

*Post’s title courtesy of my lover, JT (and due to the fact that I ate several meals out this weekend). Apparently I just can’t get my blogging self together on the weekends (or when the weather is nice).  Sooo, Happy (belated) Easter!  And now for a quickie recap of the last couple of days… Saturday The AM can be summarized pretty briefly:  Starbucks, shopping, more shopping, and (finally) lunch at home. So far all the Gardein products I have tried have been fresh (not frozen) ones, so making the meat-free buffalo wings was my first… Read more >

Winner and dinner

After the long (but relatively smooth) work weekend, all I wanted to do was sleep in ‘til noon. Unfortunately, I had (have) a to-do list the size of China, so that was out of the question. Green monster, complete with spinach, kale, frozen strawberries, mango, and Vita Coco.  Natural sunlight.  Natural sugar. Non-green joy. After breakfast, I headed out for a run.  I made a quick loop in Central Park, came home and showered as… Read more >

Pep(itas) in my step

Froth-master-flex If you want foam like whoa, you can always click over to my tutorials tab. Anyways, I spent the AM researching items for our wedding registry.  SO.  MUCH.  FUN.  I mean, I love Kyle and all (obviously), but getting married has mega perks aside from the whole life-of-eternal-bliss thing.  I am going to have one baller kitchen once I am a Mrs.  Of course, I am always looking for more ideas, so if you want to share with me things that you think I should register for/know about – hit me up in the… Read more >
