Week ‘o eats

The whole shebang of last week in one post.  Here goes. Breakfast on Monday was the last of this savory bread and fried eggs.   Breakfast on Tuesday was out – I had a savory crepe with hash browns at Crepeville. Because Crepeville’s portions are awesomely massive I had leftovers for breakfast on Wednesday.  Which I paired with two fried eggs. Christmas 2013

Round 2!  Actually, if you count the Thanksmas we had in Tahoe earlier in December with Kyle’s family, this is really our third Christmas.    No such thing as too much celebrating, right?!  Especially when it’s baby’s first Christmas. We got to my parents’ house just in time for a few cookies.  Which provided the perfect fuel for the Niners’ game. Lake Tahoe weekend

What I Ate Thursday [Thanksgiving]

Peanut + pumpkin pairing

I don’t think the idea of paring pumpkin and peanut would have occurred to me before seeing this recipe of Katie’s.  But it sounded like an interesting combo, and I only had a bit of pumpkin left, sooo…yeah…I made a pumpkin peanut butter stew and the rest is history.
