  The most massive banana ever.  At the perfect state of ripeness.   A work breakfast (flaxy oatmeal) that I didn’t end up eating because I got cafeteria french toast instead.  GAHHHHH!!!  Why can’t I quit you!!! Quinoa, roasted veggies, and nooch up the yin yang. Greens, roasted veggies, hardboiled eggs, and avocado.  Again, I nooch-ed it up post-photo. Too much lunch

I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s impossible to make crock-pot meals look appetizing.    The night before photo looks like tomato and almond milk soup.  Gross.  The next morning photo looks like old crusty cornbread.  Double gross. Savory Hash

  Ready for an unconventional breakfast?   Tea in a coffee cup.  Why I felt like this as opposed to this is a mystery. Savory madness

If there are typos in this post it’s because I’m running on 1/8th a tank.  I just worked three night shifts in a row (not pretty) and now I’m attempting to write and bake a new gluten free bread following no recipe.  We will see how this post turns out soon enough, but I’ll have to wait ‘til tomorrow to see how the bread tastes. Just a Wednesday

You must be sick of non-food (aka house progress) posts by now, huh? Ok, how about my work food for a change of pace (slash return to the real reason I blog). Breakfast…   Oats, puffed millet, white chia seeds and sunflower seed butter on top.
