I’m royally sore today. It must be the rollercoasters (because I didn’t work out yesterday). Unless you consider shoving toddlers out of the way to get to the front row of the parade a workout…not that I did that. For breakfast I wanted something cool and something crunchy. So I went with a smoothie topped in granola. The smoothie had frozen strawberries, soymilk, Antioxidant Natural Greens, and ice. With Love Grown Clusters of Oats on top. You guys are HILARIOUS! I loved the guesses about my pasta’s hidden ingredients. To back up a bit. A few days ago, I had a typical oatmeal breakfast with strawberries, raisins, and peanut butter.
