An Ode to Breaking the Fast

Rumor has it, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And when you think about it, if such decadent oats (like the almond, cashew & apple packed number above) are my morning baseline, then things are looking pretty good. Quinoa granola

So.  Effing.  Tasty. This was so much more simple than I thought it would be. I’m never buying granola again (yeah right), but still…I know what I like in my cereal so why wouldn’t I make it to my exact specifications?  Right? My favorite things: 1. Work, Presidents, Costco

Q-Teaser

Just wanted to let you know what is coming your way… Any guesses? Barley Irony

Yes, I ate more than my arame-zing salad yesterday. I had breakfast (Alvarado Street sprouted bread with peanut butter, banana slices, and cinnamon). Lunch (wrap). And dinner. My latest batch of log seitan was in both lunch and dinner.
