Outside eating weekend

Progress pics & the week in food

May already!  The time flying by is even more noticeable now that I have a kiddo who gets bigger by the day second.  Most of his weight is going to his cheeks, which I love love love. Pumpkin Butter Grain Free “Granola”

This isn’t the first time I’ve made a grain free granola (aka no-grain-nola).  You can see the non recipe for that one here.  [Side note: I should really re-make that and measure things for you guys because it was good!] Anyway, this was another winner.  I swear I’m going through granola by the pound.  Daily. Roasting in the crock-pot

Usually things end up more steamed than roasted in the crock-pot.  But there’s a way to cheat the system.
