I had so many cookie fails today. It was rather discouraging for my poor baking heart. I made FOUR batches of cookies today. FOUR!!! And only one turned out. One out of four is a horrible average. Are you ready for the easiest meal ever? frozen stir-fry veggies + 1/4 cup water extra firm tofu 2 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp coconut oil Asian spice mix/Chinese five spices blend (I used 365 Asian seasoning) Add the stir-fry veggies, the water, and the spices until the veggies have thawed.
