Food prep (aka AAAA part 3)

An anti-atrophy agenda (part 1)

Atrophy

Gardein eats

Packed eats…   You know the drill:  Strawberry Pomegranate Odwalla bar, Apricot Clif bar, Stretch Island Fruit Co. strawberry fruit leather, gala apple x2, the most massive salad I have ever made, random wheat roll (stolen from el hospital) and a steamed brocc/cauli side salad.
