Father’s Day weekend

Another fun one.  Saturdays and Sundays are my faves because I get to spend them with both my boys. Friday evening Kyle BBQ-ed some shrimp and corn and I made a salad. I marinated 2 pounds of shrimp in Garlic Gold red wine vinaigrette.  It contains garlic infused olive oil and red wine and Italian seasonings.  No garlic, so it’s totally FODMAPs friendly.  And the shrimp were freakin’ delish. Feelings, “rice” and rice

A big day

Kyle’s on his way home!  Weee!  After an eternity on my own, I’m re-he-he-heeeeally looking forward to his return. HOW!?! Seriously, how do SAHM / bloggers do it? I’m only 3 days into Kyle’s 10 days out of town and pretty sure I’m going to turn into an almond by day 5 at the rate I’m pounding through this Costco tub of roasted nuts.  And I haven’t written a single new post aside from this one I’m working on now.  Which may or may not go live before Kyle returns. Outside eating weekend
