My second night shift would have been fine had I slept longer than 2 hours before starting it.  At least it was a learning experience…I now have a better idea of how to approach a schedule change.  I had coffee before starting the shift, and was doing fine until 1 am rolled around. I am ALL out of sorts.  Yesterday (?) I went to bed around noon thinking I’d sleep til 5 and then get ready to head back in to work.  How’d that work out?? Yeah.  Not so much. Nut your average butter

I’m definitely in a big, huge, massive, obscene rut.  There, I said it. Almost every single meal this week has involved nutbutter in some form. It all stemmed from this purchase. And the delivery of this package.
