Australia: Sunday in Manly

  Sunday was Chris’ final scuba day so he left early again and Laura, Kyle and I headed to breakfast in Double Bay (after feeding the little man).  The servers were all really into P. Australia: flying to Sydney

To get to the other side of the world, we left Davis around 1 pm.  The Sac airport is a BREEZE and I want to fly out of it exclusively now.  P stayed in the ergo through security and they didn’t give me any grief about the baby food or anything at all.    We played near the gate, watching the other planes take off, and eventually it was time to board.  We gave the crew a heads up about P’s allergies and they were totally awesome about it.  We boarded first, wiped down our… Read more >

My highlights: weeks 9 & 10

Whoa, I don’t know where to begin.   What. A. Vacation. I highly highly recommend Australia to any and every one looking for vacation ideas.  Sydney is probably not a place I would have considered if my sister didn’t live there, but it’s such a friendly, fun, beautiful city.  Good thing we just bought a house because I can definitely see why my sister lives there and would consider making a move myself had we not locked life down in Davis (I can practically hear my parents sighing as they read this).
