Who doesn’t like starting the day with pancakes!! In PJs no less!
Side note: Who needs a haircut??
This is the Brussels sprout meal kit from TJs and it is A+++!
I followed the directions – sautéing the Brussels in oil, tossing in the dressing, and then adding hazelnuts and cheese on top. It was so easy to make and I will definitely buy this again. I saw it months ago and made a similar thing trying to copy it a while back, but this time I just cut corners and bought the bagged mix and it was the best shortcut ever. Highly recommend you try it out too.
Look! I bought a new kind of Beanitos!
As much as I loved the black bean ones, I couldn’t help grabbing this white bean version to try. Not gonna lie, they tasted basically the same to me. 😛
Dinner was a taco bowl salad with a cabbage/kale slaw, pinto beans, chicken, and chips, with a cilantro ranch dressing on it all.
My dessert plate included a TJs classic (milk chocolate truffle) and a more expensive fave (Lula’s aloha rocky road bar).
Fyi, tried the cassava chips from tj’s. Seemed a little on the thick side but actually flaked apart nicely when you bite down on them. There was a subtle flavor to them that I finally thought was sesame oil, and upon reading the label they do contain sesame seeds. Overall I liked them and they might go well with any of your Asian flavored salads. Hope this helps. HAPPY TURKEY DAY to you and your family . Kim
THANK YOU! You are doing the best work! Ha! So would you buy them again?
PS happy thanksgiving to you too
I’m usually not a big chip eater but lately have been trying different ones. I would buy again. I tried the beanitos Himalayan sea salt and vinegar.T hey were thin and quite tangy.I’m not a salt person but they were rather addictive. Occasionally you’d get one with extra salt which was more than I’d like but they were quite yummy.Hope this helps. Kim
