Breakfast lunch and dinner
I forgot about english muffins! Man, are they good! I started the day with an ezekiel cinnamon raisin english muffin topped in miyoko’s vegan butter almost every day this week. For lunch I had a Fall themed salad made up of leftovers, with spinach, kale, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, dried cranberries, and rosemary flavored nuts. These are so good!
