You know what this means, right?
It means the baking bug hit.
It means the kitchen smelled fan-f$%#ing-tastic today.
It means I finally sent off the great fundraising act quinoa granola winner’s package. [about effing time Elise]
It means the apartment will have lingering coconut scents for the next few days…or until I next steam broccoli. 😉
Oops!
Well, it was nice while it lasted.
Baking for others feels like a transfer of love. Or a practice of self control.
I sampled the three clusters that escaped. And that’s all!
Let’s hope the postal workers don’t run interference before it gets to it’s home!

mmmm that is one lucky bidder who’s getting your granola! and that is quite a feat of self-control! good for you. I would have had to make a double batch 😉
I need to make your version of this granola. I made the Quinoa 365 recipe, which was good, but yours looks even better!
Yum!!! I love, love the smell of coconut..especially when it’s being roasted and put in granola. 🙂
Does your cutting board say Hungry Hungry Hippie? SO COOL!
I want to try that granola. It looks incredible.
yup!
That granola looks amazing!
I loveeee the way cooking makes my house smell! My poor roommate always walks in right as I’m finishing.
